Our Christmas Opening Times
Friday 23rd December - Customer Service Only
This is the last day that the team will be in before Christmas. We will be available for customer support and will be active on our social media platforms, so don't hesitate to get in touch if you need us! Royal Mail are on strike, so no parcels will be dispatched until we return after Christmas.
Saturday 24th December - Sunday 1st January - CLOSED
The team will be enjoying their Christmas break and no orders will be packed or dispatched. Our support and social media will also be unavailable during this time.
Monday 2nd January - BUSINESS AS USUAL
After the christmas break, we will all be rested and ready to kickstart 2023! All members of the support team will be back to normal service and all orders will be dispatched that were received from December 23rd till January 1st.
Royal Mail Delays
Royal Mail workers are taking national strike action on 14, 15, 23 and 24 December 2022. As a result of these strikes, please expect delays to all dispatched orders.
We have been made aware that some parcels that have not moved since we dispatched them. All parcels that show as dispatched are with Royal Mail and are awaiting the first scan at the sorting office. Some parcels are taking longer than others due to the varying backlogs at each sorting office.
Christmas Delivery
Please see below, the latest posting dates from Royal Mail for order expected to arrive before Christmas. Please be aware any order placed after the below dates are expected to be delivered after Christmas day when postal services resume:
