Pregrading

We offer to pregrade all of your submitted cards, completely free of charge. Should you wish to have your cards pregraded, please select this option on the submission form. Please be aware that we do not offer pregrading on PSA Special Submissions.

Send Off

We send our submissions to PSA on or around the 28th of every month. This gives customers time to get their collections together and have them sent in to us.

*We have a minimum send-off threshold of 10 cards per grading tier, if this threshold is not met by the deadline then the submission will be held until it is met. This threshold is for the entire monthly submission and is not per customer.

Each customer is able to send as little as 1 card per submission, with no maximum limit.

What to do next

Once you have filled out this PSA submission form, you will need to prepare your cards for posting to us. We recommend using semi-rigid card savers and sleeves to protect your cards, however top loaders are also acceptable as a replacement to the semi-rigid card savers.

Please print off the completed submission form and include it inside the parcel along with your submission.

Then simply contact us to let us know your submission is being sent in and pass across your tracking details.

Please note: We at JET Cards Limited are not liable for the condition in which the cards are received so we highly recommend using an insured service, covering your for the total value of your cards. We will inform you immediately of any issues with photo evidence.

Once we have received this order form back along with your submission, we will email you a link to our website so you can make payment. Please ensure payment is made within 48 hours.

We will be sending your order to the USA via Fedex. Fedex has excellent tracking and we will be able to tell you exactly where your order is while in transit. We will also provide you with tracking for peace of mind.

Terms & Conditions

  • Please note that Trading Card Grading is conducted solely by PSA. JET Cards Limited does not guarantee grades given by PSA and is not responsible for any grading discrepancies (including pre-grades that are provided by us). Should you be unhappy with the Grade your card(s) have received, please contact PSA directly. Contact details can be found on their website https://www.psacard.com/
  • Liability for your submission commences with JET Cards Limited when your trading cards are in our possession and until they are returned and 'signed-for' by you or others authorised by you at the address provided on the Submission Form. JET Cards Limited is not responsible for any damage, loss or negligence which occurs outside of this time period.
  • Damage during transit must be reported to JET Cards Limited within 5 working days of delivery to the address you have provided on the submission form.
  • Customers who choose to ship items to JET Cards Limited will do so securely in such a manner that items do not incur damage through inadequate packing. We advise that you send these items 'tracked and signed-for' with an appropriate level of insurance cover in order to track your item's journey to us.
  • PSA ‘Turn-around’ times are correct as of June 2022. PSA ‘turn-around’ times are subject to change and are dependent on their workload. The turnaround time does not include the time it takes for PSA to log your cards onto their system.  JET Cards Limited does not have any influence on these ‘turn-around’ times and are therefore not responsible for any changes. We will endeavour to keep you up to date with any changes.
  • Should you be dissatisfied with any aspect of the service provided by JET Cards Limited, please contact us via support@jetcards.uk within 5 working days of receipt of goods and we will aim to address the problem.
  • Customers agree that when payment is made for any service provided by JET Cards Limited, they are agreeing to all terms and conditions laid out in this submission form.
  • If any cards in a submission exceed the maximum declared value, an up-charge will be due based on the cards final graded value. The customer is responsible for paying any and all up-charges requested by PSA.
    • We ask you to tell us your estimated raw value for each card or collectible for insurance purposes and ask you to please put an accurate value based of recent sold listings and current market value. Over-declaring the raw value on your submission form will not increase the amount paid out to you in the event of loss or damage. The value will be reviewed and we will pay an accurate amount for a replacement collectible of same condition.
