Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return with us.

To start a return, please contact us at support@jetcards.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or email proof of purchase. 

Once your return has been accepted by our team, you will have a further 14 days to dispatch your return to us. Any returns not sent back to us within 14 days of confirmation will not be accepted.

Any return postage costs must be paid by the customer for unwanted items. Items returned due to damage in transit will be covered by us after proof of any damages has been provided.

Please ensure all unwanted items are protected for transit before returning them to us. Any returns that are found to be damaged once we receive them will be refunded at a rate of 50% of the total purchase value.

Once we have received your return, a member of the team will evaluate the contents and process a refund. This can take up to 14 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any of the items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any faults within the product including but not limited to, error cards, missing cards, factory defects (including ripped plastic seals) etc are not liable for return to us. This must be rectified with the manufacturer and we will provide all the assistance we can.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products cannot be returned, such as custom products (mystery boxes, special orders or personalised items), and any items that have been opened or tampered with. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations / Order Amendments

Lost / Misrouted orders:

We at JET Cards cannot be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by delayed/lost or mis-routed orders. JET Cards also take no responsibility for lost orders that are a result of an incorrect delivery address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order and if you wish to change any mistakes you can contact customer support at support@jetcards.uk before your order is dispatched.

Any orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address will be subject to a secondary postage fee before we will dispatch the order back to you at the correct address.

Pre-Orders:

Please​ be aware that when ordering items that are in-stock along with items for pre order, the order will be shipped together once all items are instock. If you would like the in-stock items shipped sooner please make a separate order for these items.

Cancellation Fees:

Debit Card/Credit Card - Payments made by this method are subject to a 2.5% cancellation fee if you wish to cancel an unfulfilled order.

PayPal - Payments made by this method are subject to a 3% cancellation fee if you wish to cancel an unfulfilled order.

These cancellation fees are a fair and accurate representation of our losses incurred by non-recoverable transaction fees from customer orders.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be aware, it can take up to 14 days for us to process your refund and between 3-5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process this refund.
