Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Once an order is placed, we are able to alter or cancel it at any time up until the point of dispatch.

Alterations can be made free of charge by reaching out to our support team, however cancellations are subject to a fee. This can be found in our refund policy.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

What payment methods can I use?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Visa, Mastercard, Paypal (including Paypal instalments), Amex, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay and Union Pay.

We hope to be able to offer more instalment options in the future. At the moment Paypal is our only instalments option.

We charge VAT on all our products. This is charged at 20% and is already included in all of our prices.

Ordering in stock items and pre-order items?

If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items, we will keep your available items safe with us until everything is ready to dispatch. We do suggest that you place separate orders if you are unable to wait for the release of the pre-order item.

If you have ordered in stock items as well, we are able to split your order but this can sometimes incur additional shipping costs, (only applied if orders are split and then would be under the free shipping threshold) so we suggest placing multiple orders if you need other items sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only provide shipping to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard Tracked 48 and 2nd Class shipping normally takes 2-3 working days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders by selecting Tracked 24 or 1st class, this shipping option can take 1-2 days.

How will my order be packaged?

Keeping your order safe and secure is our top priority. All orders are treated with the utmost care and consideration while they are being fulfilled.

For all orders, we use high quality single walled or double walled cardboard boxes. We protect the contents with bubble wrap and biodegradable void fill for maximum protection. To ensure your order is treated with care by the courier, the cardboard boxes are finished externally with red and white "fragile" tape.

What couriers do you use?

We use Royal Mail for all our Mainland UK orders. You will have the option to choose between 1st class, 2nd class, 24 hour tracked and 48 hour tracked.

What condition will my order arrive in?

All our sealed stock is official, factory sealed and in brand new unopened condition.

Sealed items, such as booster boxes and elite trainer boxes cannot always be guaranteed to be in Mint condition in terms of the plastic wrapping. We inspect all items when they arrive with us to ensure they are of the best quality, however sometimes due to poor quality control during manufacture, some plastic wrapping can be loose or contain small rips and tears. This is beyond our control.

If the contents inside are damaged then they would be eligible for a return.

Returns and Refunds

My order hasn't arrived?

To check the status of your order please log in to your JET Cards account and select the orders section. If the status is COMPLETED this means your order has been dispatched. Orders that have been dispatched via a Royal Mail tracked service will include a tracking number for your order, which will have been sent to your email address and mobile number. Please refer to this information for your delivery date.

If you are still having issues with your order then please use the Contact Us form to reach out.

Please bear in mind We are regulated by Royal Mail's terms & conditions and they require a waiting time from dispatch of 15 WORKING DAYS for the UK, 30 WORKING DAYS for the EU and 40 WORKING DAYS for the rest of the world before you can make a lost parcel claim. We understand the frustration that a delayed or lost item can cause but unfortunately we cannot take any action until this time has passed, as they advise that there is still time for your order to arrive up to these timeframes.

How do I return a product?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return with us.

To start a return, please contact us at support@jetcards.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or email proof of purchase. 

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we have received your return, a member of the team will evaluate the contents and process a refund. This can take up to 14 days.

A sealed item is missing something?

As we only sell factory sealed items we're unable to see the contents of sealed products. We do inspect all goods that we receive from our suppliers to ensure that they are of high quality before adding them to our inventory.

We sometimes receive information that a product is missing a specific item, not all the correct quantities are included or something hasn't been printed or cut as intended. This is beyond our control with sealed products. We work very closely with our supplier and will aim to resolve any issues you may have with your product to the best of our ability.
