These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the JET Cards website, purchases made from us online or in store, and your use of services provided by JET Cards.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

All third-party names, characters, trademarks, artwork and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to:
-
use of jetcards.uk;
-
orders placed through our website;
-
purchases made at our physical premises where applicable;
-
Click & Collect orders;
-
pre-orders;
-
trading card singles;
-

-
event and tournament bookings;
-

-

-
other products and services offered by JET Cards.
Certain products or services may have additional terms. Where additional terms apply, these will be displayed or made available before purchase where appropriate.
Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, Privacy Policy, applicable Trade-In Terms and JET Points & VIP Terms should be read alongside these Terms.
3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images and other information on our website are accurate.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, product images may be illustrative or representative. Packaging, artwork, promotional markings and other minor product characteristics may vary between production runs or regions.
Colours displayed on a screen may differ slightly from the physical product.
Where a listing relates to a specific individually identified item, such as a graded trading card, the listing will make this clear.
Product availability is subject to stock.
4. Prices
All prices displayed to UK consumers include VAT where applicable unless expressly stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not normally affect orders that we have already accepted.
Despite our reasonable efforts, products may occasionally be incorrectly priced or listed as a result of human, technical, supplier or system error.
If we identify a material pricing or listing error before accepting or fulfilling an order, we may contact you to offer the option of purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling the affected item for a full refund.
We are not required to supply an item at an obviously incorrect price where the error should reasonably have been apparent.
5. Placing an Order
When placing an order, you are responsible for checking:
-
the products and quantities selected;
-
your delivery or collection details;
-
your email and contact information;
-
the delivery service selected; and
-
the total price.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products from us.
Receipt of an automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary, including where:
-
an item is unavailable;
-
a material pricing or listing error has occurred;
-
payment cannot be authorised;
-
we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment;
-
a purchase limit has been exceeded or circumvented;
-
incorrect information has been supplied;
-
we are unable to deliver the order; or
-
accepting the order would breach a legal, regulatory, manufacturer or distributor restriction.
Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount.
6. Payment
Payment is generally taken when an order is placed.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
We may carry out reasonable fraud-prevention or identity checks before dispatching an order and may request additional information where necessary.
7. Purchase Limits and High-Demand Products
Certain products may be subject to purchase limits due to limited supply, manufacturer requirements or high demand.
Limits may apply per:
-
customer;
-
household;
-
delivery address;
-
account;
-
payment method; or
-
any reasonable combination of these.
You must not attempt to circumvent a stated purchase limit by placing multiple orders, creating multiple accounts or using alternative names, addresses or payment methods.
Where we reasonably believe a purchase limit has been circumvented, we may cancel some or all affected orders and refund the relevant payments.
We may also restrict future purchases in cases of repeated or deliberate abuse.
8. Pre-Orders
Products advertised before their official release or availability date may be offered as pre-orders.
Release dates and expected arrival dates are estimates based on information supplied by manufacturers, distributors and other third parties. These dates may change and are not guaranteed by JET Cards.
Payment for pre-orders will normally be taken when the order is placed.
If a pre-order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order will normally be held until all products are available.
If you require in-stock products sooner, please place them as a separate order.
Where appropriate, we may agree to split an existing order, but additional delivery charges may apply.
Manufacturer or distributor allocations can change after pre-orders have been accepted. If we are unable to obtain sufficient stock to fulfil your pre-order, we may:
-
offer an alternative product;
-
offer store credit if you choose it; or
-
refund the affected product to the original payment method.
You are not required to accept an alternative product or store credit.
If the release of a product is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to update affected customers where the delay is significant.
Pre-orders may generally be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@jetcards.uk, subject to any applicable statutory rights and any clearly disclosed product-specific terms.
Cancelling a pre-order does not guarantee that the product will remain available should you later decide to purchase it again.
9. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and Ireland where the delivery option is available at checkout.
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and charges are displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we have expressly agreed a guaranteed delivery date with you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect any rights you may have where goods are not delivered within the legally required or agreed timeframe.
Delivery addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact us as quickly as possible if you discover an error.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered our fulfilment or carrier network.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied by the customer, we may require payment of the reasonable cost of redelivery before sending it again.
This does not apply where the delivery failure was caused by JET Cards or our carrier.
Lost or misrouted parcels
If your order does not arrive, please contact us.
Where appropriate, we will investigate the shipment with the carrier.
Nothing in these Terms removes any responsibility JET Cards has to ensure goods purchased by a consumer are properly delivered.
JET Cards is not responsible for indirect expenses or losses caused by a delivery delay where we could not reasonably have foreseen those losses.
10. Trading Card Singles
JET Cards sells individual trading cards ("Singles"), including cards from games such as Pokémon, One Piece Card Game, Magic: The Gathering and other trading card games.
Images
Unless a listing expressly states that the card pictured is the exact card being sold, images used for Singles are representative images, sample photographs or digital card images.
The physical card supplied will therefore not necessarily be the card shown in the product image.
Condition
The condition stated on the product listing at the time of purchase applies to the card supplied.
Trading cards are mass-produced collectibles and may exhibit variations and imperfections consistent with their stated condition.
Minor differences between the card received and a representative product image do not by themselves mean that a card has been incorrectly supplied.
We assess Singles using our published or internally applied condition standards. Condition assessments necessarily involve a reasonable degree of judgement.
A card materially outside the condition in which it was advertised should be reported to us promptly so that we can investigate.
Packaging
Singles are normally dispatched in protective sleeves and toploaders or equivalent protective packaging appropriate for transit.
Customers should take reasonable care when removing cards from their protective packaging.
Returns
Returns of Singles are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
To protect both JET Cards and our customers from card substitution, we may compare a returned card against inventory records, photographs, identifying characteristics, order records and other information available to us.
Returning a different card from the one supplied, deliberately altering a card before return or otherwise attempting to substitute an item may constitute fraud and may result in the return being refused where permitted by law and further appropriate action being taken.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
11. Graded Cards
JET Cards sells trading cards authenticated and/or graded by independent grading companies including PSA, CGC, BGS and others.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, photographs displayed on a graded-card listing show the specific graded item being offered for sale.
The certification number, grading company and grade shown in the listing form part of the product description.
We will supply the graded item advertised.
Grades are determined by the relevant independent grading company. JET Cards does not independently re-grade a slabbed card and does not guarantee that another grading company, collector or individual would assign the same grade.
Minor cosmetic marks to the external grading case that are consistent with the listing and ordinary handling do not alter the grade assigned to the enclosed card.
Where significant slab damage is known to us, we will make reasonable efforts to disclose it.
Nothing in this section affects your rights where an item is materially misdescribed, faulty, damaged or not the item ordered.
12. Sealed Trading Card Products
Sealed trading card products contain randomly distributed contents determined by the manufacturer.
Unless expressly advertised otherwise, purchasing a sealed product does not guarantee:
-
any particular card;
-
card rarity;
-
pull rate;
-
monetary value;
-
particular card condition beyond applicable consumer rights; or
-
completion of a collection or set.
Manufacturer collation and production processes are outside JET Cards' control.
Opening a sealed product generally makes it unsuitable for a change-of-mind return because its condition and resale value may be materially affected. This does not remove your rights where the product itself is faulty, materially not as described or another statutory remedy applies.
13. Manufacturer and Production Issues
Trading card products may occasionally contain manufacturing or collation issues such as print imperfections, factory packaging defects, duplicated cards, missing cards or unexpected pack contents.
Where an issue relates solely to manufacturer collation, advertised pull rates or another matter controlled by the manufacturer, we may assist you in contacting the manufacturer where appropriate.
However, nothing in these Terms transfers or excludes JET Cards' legal obligations as the retailer.
Where goods supplied by us are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or otherwise do not conform to the contract, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
14. Mystery Products
JET Cards may occasionally sell products where some or all of the contents are intentionally unknown until opened.
The random nature of a mystery product forms part of the product being purchased.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a mystery product does not guarantee that you will receive a particular item, rarity, market value or product.
A customer's disappointment with the random contents received does not itself mean that the product is faulty or misdescribed.
Once opened, a mystery product will generally not be accepted as a change-of-mind return where opening it has affected its condition or value, subject always to your statutory rights.
Unopened mystery products purchased online remain subject to applicable consumer cancellation rights unless a lawful exception applies.
Nothing in this section affects your rights where goods are faulty or materially not as described.
15. Click & Collect
Orders placed for collection will be made available from the collection location stated when ordering.
We will notify you when your order is ready.
Please do not travel to collect an order until you have received confirmation that it is ready.
Orders must normally be collected within 14 days of being marked ready for collection.
If an order is not collected within this period, we may cancel and refund the order and return the products to available inventory.
For pre-orders, the 14-day collection period begins when the order is marked ready for collection, rather than when the original order was placed.
We may request reasonable proof of order or identification when an order is collected.
Once a Click & Collect order has been prepared, we cannot guarantee that it can be combined with, split between or converted into delivery for another order.
16. Events and Tournament Tickets
JET Cards sells entry to organised play events, tournaments and other in-store activities.
Unless an event listing states otherwise:
Customer cancellations
A customer wishing to cancel an event booking must contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the event.
Eligible cancellations will be refunded or, where agreed with you, transferred.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start and failure to attend ("no-shows") are normally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Transfers
Subject to availability, we may allow an event booking to be transferred to another date for the same type of event.
Any transfer must be agreed by JET Cards.
Event cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event where reasonably necessary, including because of insufficient attendance, staff availability, venue issues, organiser requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If JET Cards cancels an event and does not provide an acceptable replacement date, affected customers will receive a full refund of the event entry fee.
JET Cards is not responsible for additional expenses such as travel or accommodation unless required by law.
Tournament prizes
Prize support varies between events and may depend on attendance, organiser allocations, manufacturer support, event format or other factors.
Unless expressly guaranteed in the event listing, prize quantities and values are not guaranteed.
Where specific prize support is advertised for an event, we will make reasonable efforts to provide it or an appropriate equivalent if circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent us from doing so.
Players must comply with applicable event rules, game rules, organiser requirements and reasonable instructions from JET Cards staff.
We may remove a participant from an event for serious or repeated misconduct, cheating, harassment, abusive behaviour or material breach of event rules. Refunds in these circumstances will be considered in accordance with applicable law.
17. Trade-Ins and Card Buying
JET Cards may purchase trading cards and other collectibles from customers for cash or store credit.
All trade-ins are subject to our applicable Trade-In Policy and any condition, authentication, valuation and identification requirements communicated during the trade-in process.
Quotes or estimates provided before physical inspection are provisional unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
Final values may change after inspection where, for example:
-
condition differs from that declared;
-
cards cannot be authenticated;
-
the items submitted differ from the original submission;
-
quantities differ; or
-
relevant pricing has materially changed before a binding valuation is agreed.
Where a revised valuation is required, the customer will be given the opportunity to accept or decline it where appropriate.
Customers submitting items confirm that they are legally entitled to sell them.
We reserve the right to refuse any trade-in.
18. JET Points and VIP Programme
Participation in the JET Points and VIP programme is subject to our separate JET Points & VIP Terms.
JET Points:
-
have no cash value;
-
are not legal currency;
-
cannot normally be transferred between accounts;
-
may only be earned and redeemed in accordance with the programme rules; and
-
may be removed or adjusted following refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, errors, abuse or fraudulent activity.
VIP tiers and benefits are governed by the JET Points & VIP Terms.
19. Promotions, Discount Codes and Offers
Promotions may be subject to additional terms, including expiry dates, eligible products, minimum spends and usage limits.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
-
promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
-
only one promotional code may be used per transaction;
-
promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders; and
-
discounts may exclude certain products, events, pre-orders or other categories.
We may withdraw or correct a promotion where a genuine error has occurred, subject to orders already validly accepted and applicable consumer law.
20. Gift Cards and Store Credit
Gift cards and store credit may only be used in accordance with the conditions applicable when they are issued.
They cannot normally be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Refunds relating to purchases made using gift cards or store credit may be returned to the corresponding form of payment where appropriate.
21. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns and cancellations are governed by our separate Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
Nothing in that policy or these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
22. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for ensuring that information associated with your account is accurate and reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe it:
-
has been compromised;
-
is being used fraudulently;
-
is being used to circumvent purchase restrictions;
-
is abusing JET Points, promotions, returns or other services; or
-
is otherwise being used in material breach of these Terms.
23. Website Use
You must not use our website:
-
unlawfully or fraudulently;
-
to interfere with its normal operation;
-
to attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
-
to distribute malicious software;
-
to scrape, automate or manipulate purchasing systems in a manner that materially interferes with the service or circumvents purchase restrictions; or
-
to impersonate another person.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers or business.
24. Intellectual Property
The JET Cards name, branding, website design, original graphics, text and other content created by or for JET Cards may be protected by intellectual-property rights.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our original content without permission except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, artwork and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
25. Our Responsibility to You
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
In particular, nothing excludes liability for:
-
death or personal injury caused by negligence;
-
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
-
your statutory consumer rights.
If we breach these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of that breach.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
Products sold through our consumer website are primarily intended for private use. Unless otherwise agreed, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or business interruption arising from a consumer purchase, to the extent permitted by law.
26. Circumstances Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control.
This may include serious carrier disruption, extreme weather, natural disasters, widespread technical failures, industrial action, government restrictions and significant manufacturer or distributor disruption.
Where such circumstances materially affect an order or service, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and communicate with affected customers.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
27. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may need to provide relevant information to payment processors, delivery companies and other service providers in order to process and fulfil your order.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example because our services, business practices or legal obligations change.
The Terms applicable to an order will generally be those in effect when the relevant contract was entered into.
The latest version will be published on our website with its most recent update date.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
30. No Waiver
If we delay enforcing a right under these Terms, this does not necessarily mean that we have waived that right.
31. Third-Party Rights
Except where the law provides otherwise, these Terms are between you and JET Cards Limited and do not give another person a right to enforce them.
32. Governing Law
For consumers resident in England and Wales, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Consumers resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom or Ireland retain any mandatory protections and rights provided by the laws applicable to them.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory legal protections applicable in their country of residence.
