Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day, Monday to Friday. During exceptionally busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually arrives within 2–3 working days from dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked 24 usually arrives within 1–2 working days from dispatch. These are delivery estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Is Tracked 24 guaranteed next-day delivery?
No. Tracked 24 is our faster Royal Mail option and usually arrives within 1–2 working days from dispatch, but it is not a guaranteed next-day service.
When will my pre-order be dispatched?
Pre-order products are dispatched once the stock has arrived with us and is ready for fulfilment. Any estimated release dates shown on our website are subject to change.
What happens if I order in-stock and pre-order products together?
Your order will normally be held and dispatched together once all products in the order are available. If you would like in-stock products sooner, we recommend placing them as a separate order.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and occasional delays can happen. Please check your tracking information first. If your parcel has not arrived after a reasonable period, contact our team and we'll be happy to help.
