We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of purchase (during busy periods this might increase to 2 working days). Pre-order items are dispatched when stock has been received at our warehouse. Please always note the release date stated on pre-order products, these products are normally shipped within 2 working days of the release date.

Click and collect orders will be available to pick up in store the following day from purchase (excluding pre-orders) and you will be emailed when your order is ready for collection. Pre-orders will be available to collect on the official release day of the product.
